Red welcomes you! He rules the roost at The Clinics, spending his days meeting and greeting new patients and his fan club of dear friends. He rises from his bed, to greet you, and everyone; while getting a pat on his head and offering his doggy smile and hello to all who come thru the door.
Donald Regan, Ph.D. Audiologist
Dr. Regan holds the highest degree available for audiology. He has a Ph.D. in Audiology and is licensed by the State of California Board of Medical Examiners for Audiologists, Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers. He is also is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (CCC-A).
Dr. Regan’s work since the 80s in professional clinical practice, and as an Educator, Teacher, Professor, Researcher allows him to be highly experienced in all aspects of both basic and advanced Audiological test procedures for adults and children; hearing instrument fittings and aural rehabilitative counseling for adults and children, and newborn hearing screenings.

Carmen Enciso, Office Manager
For 24 years, Carmen has been handling The Clinics daily traffic, as Chief-in-Charge to include: Business and Office Manager, front desk responsibilities, personnel management, and all insurance and billing duties. Carmen is bilingual, bi-literate and bicultural in Spanish and English.
Chances are, if you’ve called or visited The Clinics with questions, concerns, or service needs, Carmen is the first one you’ve talked with. Every day, in every way she enthusiastically, competently, and confidently provides our patients with necessary and helpful information, as well direction and advice regarding their insurance coverages, hearing instruments and any other issue, as she diligently strives to fulfill our mandate to make our Family of Patients comfortable, satisfied and successful.
Kathey Railsback, Front Office/Transcriptionist
The Clinics has been blessed and privileged to have Kathey as a part of our staff family for five years now. As a graduate of UCSB, she brings her business background, experience and personal sensitivity to our office daily, keeping the office on purpose, accountable, pleasant, and reliably focused. You will find her fielding phone calls, scheduling appointments, and checking in with our patients to make sure they are satisfied and happy. Additionally, as our principle transcriptionist, she is the voice and historian of our office.
It can get pretty busy around here, but Kathey runs the front office with an even keel and positivity, always greeting you with confidence and a welcoming smile.
